We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends during peak season (April-October). However, we often have same-week and even next-day availability. Check our online calendar for real-time availability. For weddings and large corporate events, booking 4-8 weeks ahead is a good idea to guarantee your preferred package.
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your event. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the total rental cost. Weather-related cancellations can always be rescheduled for free, regardless of timing — we understand you can't control the forecast.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at delivery. We also place a $200 pre-authorization hold on your card for potential damages — this is NOT charged unless significant damage occurs. The hold is released automatically after your rental.
Yes, pricing varies slightly by market to reflect local costs. Orange County is our Tier 1 market (highest pricing), Las Vegas and Austin are Tier 2, and Dallas-Fort Worth and Cincinnati are Tier 3 (most affordable). For example, the Legend Package ranges from $249 in DFW/Cincinnati to $399 in Orange County. Select your location on our site to see exact pricing for your area.
Absolutely. Our packages (Starter, Classic, Legend, and Glow) are already discounted 15-25% compared to renting those same games individually. We also offer 10% off for repeat customers, and corporate clients who book quarterly or more can set up a standing account with preferred pricing. Ask us about multi-event discounts when you book.
We deliver all games to your event location, set everything up, and pick it all up when your event ends. Our team arrives 1-2 hours before your event starts, sets up all games in your preferred layout, and returns at the agreed-upon time for pickup. You don't touch a thing — we handle it all.
Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included free within our standard service area — a 20-mile radius from each metro center. Beyond that, a small mileage fee of $2/mile applies. We'll let you know at booking if your address falls outside the free delivery zone.
Our standard free delivery radius is 20 miles from each metro center. We can deliver up to 50 miles for an additional mileage fee. In Orange County, that covers everywhere from San Clemente to Long Beach. In DFW, we cover from Denton to Waxahachie. Contact us if your venue is outside these areas — we'll work something out.
We typically arrive 1-2 hours before your event starts. Setup takes about 15-30 minutes depending on the number of games. We'll confirm the exact delivery time when you book, and you can adjust it based on your venue's setup requirements. For weddings at specific venues, we coordinate directly with venue coordinators.
No problem — we deal with this regularly. Many venues, parks, and HOA spaces have specific delivery windows, loading dock requirements, or restricted access areas. Just let us know your venue details when you book and we'll coordinate accordingly. We've delivered to hundreds of venues across all our markets and know many of them well.

Premium condition, always. Every game in our fleet is inspected, cleaned, and maintained after every single rental. Wooden games like Giant Jenga are sanded and re-stained regularly. Cornhole boards are wiped down and bag fills are checked. If any piece doesn't meet our standards, it gets replaced before your event. This isn't bargain bin equipment — our games look and play like new.
Each game needs roughly a 10x10 ft area, including space for players. A 3-game Starter Package needs about 20x15 ft. A 5-game Classic Package works well in 30x20 ft. The full 8-game Legend Package is ideal with 40x30 ft or more. When you book, tell us about your space and we'll help you plan the perfect layout — we do this every day.
Yes! Custom cornhole boards are one of our most popular add-ons, especially for corporate events and weddings. Add your company logo, wedding monogram, or any design for an additional $100-200. We need at least 2 weeks of lead time for custom boards. Some corporate clients keep their branded boards on file for recurring events.
Absolutely — our Glow Package is one of our most popular options. It includes 5 LED-powered games: LED Giant Jenga, LED Cornhole, LED Ring Toss, LED Yard Pong, and LED Giant Dice. They're vibrant, colorful, and look incredible at night. Starting at $229. You can also add individual LED games to any other package for a custom evening setup.
No stress! You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your event. If rain pops up unexpectedly day-of, we'll work with you to find the next available date at no additional cost. Many of our games also work great under covered patios and pavilions. If your venue has indoor space or a tent, we can set up there instead.
Normal wear and tear is completely expected — don't worry about it. That's why we maintain and refurbish games regularly. For significant damage (broken pieces, deep stains, etc.), we hold a $200 pre-authorization on your card at booking. This is NOT charged unless damage occurs. If it does, we only charge the actual repair or replacement cost, which is usually well under $200.
Not at all. Our games are designed to be self-service — guests can pick up and play without instructions. Each game comes with a simple rules card, and most are intuitive enough that people just start playing. The games are built tough and can handle enthusiastic players of all ages. Just set them loose and let the fun happen.
Yes! For an additional $150, we can provide a dedicated game attendant who stays at your event to organize tournaments, explain rules, keep games tidy, and keep the energy going. This is popular for corporate team-building events and larger parties (100+ guests). The attendant can also run structured competitions with brackets and scorekeeping if you'd like.
We pick up at the time agreed upon when you booked — typically within 30-60 minutes after your event ends. If your event runs late or you need us to come back the next morning, just give us a call and we'll adjust. For weekend events, next-morning pickups are often the easiest option and there's no extra charge for that.
Standard rentals are for one event day (up to 8 hours). If you need the games for a multi-day event, a full weekend, or even a week-long corporate retreat, we offer extended rental rates at a significant discount. A second day is typically 50% of the original price. Just let us know when you book and we'll quote you a package rate.
